PR Account Manager – Consumer

About the role

  • You’ll be joining our dynamic Consumer & Lifestyle team based in our Bristol office (just off the bottom of Whiteladies Road)
  • You’ll be working across a range of clients across beauty, health and wellbeing, home appliances, including a number of well-known household brands.
  • You’ll be supported by an experienced and creative senior management team.
  • And you’ll manage hungry and very capable execs.
  • You’ll play an active role in key campaigns ensuring delivery against plan, budget and KPIs.
  • And you’ll have day to day client contact, keeping them informed every step of the way.

About you

  • You are bright, passionate, creative and driven.
  • You’re already an Account Manager (or a strong Senior Account Executive ready to take the leap).
  • You’re great at developing strong, creative plans, in partnership with your senior team, that support client business objectives and clearly outline deliverables, outcomes and evaluation.
  • You’ll have a versatile writing style and you’re driven by creating headlines and splashy coverage.
  • You’re a newshound who can sniff out opportunities and stories on a daily basis with an enviable little black book of contacts.
  • You love building super strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
  • You’re commercially savvy.
  • You will be able to support and manage a team – encouraging development and growth whilst ensuring PR campaigns meet and achieve agreed strategic, tactical and budgetary objectives.
  • You’re happy to get stuck in to new business pitches and proposals.
  • You’re great at working in a team but also have the ability to manage your own time and priorities
  • You excel at managing and overseeing the day to day administration and delivery of Client projects, accounts and budgets.
  • You have a good understanding of the social media landscape and ability to plan and deliver campaigns across a variety of different platforms.
  • You have the ability to think creatively about content and manage the creation of imagery, video and social posts.
