Studio Speed is our new content hub and it works to connect clients with their audiences in new, multi-channel and story-led ways – because content is now a fundamental part of how businesses and brands operate and communicate. The team is made up of copywriters, journalists, filmmakers, designers and strategists, so whatever channels are right for clients and their stories, Studio Speed can deliver.

  • Contribute to the full range of Studio Speed’s creative projects including production support for film projects where required
  • Contribute to Speed’s own profile raising through blogs, social media content and event attendance / support
  • Proactively look out for, monitor and update on opportunities for Studio Speed to work with new and existing clients and brands
  • Run, take part in and actively contribute to team brainstorms across all team accounts
  • Play an active role in bringing new business leads into Studio Speed
  • Work with the Studio Speed team as well as Account Directors and Directors through all stages of the pitch process to convert into business
  • Manage programme and project budgets to ensure projects are profitable and delivered within budget
  • Support the senior team in the overall management of the team, being responsible for staff levels and making sure there is appropriate client cover at all times
  • Act as mentor to selected junior team members to oversee their progress and development where required
  • Immerse yourself in the creative world; be inspired by what you see, read and hear

Skills required / personal attributes;

  • Proven experience in thinking creatively with an eye for a good story
  • Have the motivation and ability to absorb and assimilate information on a variety of issues across multiple sectors
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • The ability to act with confidence and energy in external meetings
  • Integrate with the wider team, take the initiative to get involved with agency activities such as Speed social media channels, lunch’n’learns, TED Talks etc
  • Be a team player, always supporting your colleagues and helping when needed
  • Start to harness relevant networking opportunities to drive new business leads for the agency
