Using BISSELL’s 140th anniversary, Speed leveraged the company’s heritage as a trusted cleaning brand for generations. By developing engaging content with historic imagery, Speed has both increased brand awareness and demonstrated key product features.
Response: Speed produced a series of videos, multimedia graphics and social posts utilising product photography and adverts dating back as far as 1876, to celebrate the brand’s heritage and design evolution over the years.
Speed also filmed two videos to drive social engagement that starred young children talking about what cleaning means to them, plus some product showcase clips. This helped up to celebrate BISSELL’s contribution to the cleaning revolution, explore changing attitudes to household chores and showcase the power of BISSELL stain removal products.
This was coupled with a program of blogger outreach to extend content reach and create authentic user generated stories.
