Speed Communications is working alongside fellow MISSION Group Agency Bray Leino Events to provide communications support for the UK’s presence at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The project will see the two agencies working together to promote the UK Pavilion and its programme of events at Expo 2020 Dubai, which is now due to launch on 1st October 2021, through a series of global media and social media campaigns and through development of film content that brings to life the UK participation theme of ‘Innovating for a Shared Future’.
Expo 2020 Dubai, described as ‘The World’s Greatest Show’, is expected to attract millions of visits, including from the 192 participating countries. Its focus on bringing nations together to share solutions to some of the planet’s greatest challenges will be more relevant than ever in a post-pandemic world.
The UK Pavilion is inspired by a project from the late scientist Stephen Hawking in which he pondered how humanity could express itself to an extra-terrestrial civilisation. It will offer an awe-inspiring glimpse into the future, exploring everything from artificial intelligence to the commercialisation of space.
