Family favourite, OTC brand Olbas has been helping families treat winter sniffles for four generations. Our challenge was to deliver a campaign that kept the brand relevant and engaging cementing Olbas as the OTC winter essential for families.

Tapping into insight that parents’ number one source of support and advice is their network of friends and family, we developed a campaign that celebrated those that are ‘here to help’. New insight, a family focus group and a child psychologist all acted as owned assets to engage our audience, deliver media coverage in all the right places and put Olbas at the heart of the conversation.

All of this was underpinned by our ‘help-ful’ content series, which involved seasonal and evergreen media content being pushed out to media to drive lifestyle coverage.

The campaign generated a 2% increase in unit sales YoY, 75 pieces of coverage, +773% D2C website sales and 129 million total impressions for a 25+ year retained client.
