Nestlé Professional wanted to launch its plant-based Garden Gourmet range as a challenger brand to the on-trade market.

Firstly, we did a shed load of research to understand how consumers find balance whilst dining out. We then launched ‘Balancing Plates’ at one of London’s foremost sustainable venues, Shoreditch Treehouse, to customers and media.  The report was boosted by insight from experts across nutrition, sustainability and AI.  Diners were treated to a tasting menu developed by Nestlé’s chefs. Through the dinner, our experts presented on the results while showcasing new technologies for the future of menu development.
