We’ve got a great opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and brilliant Account Manager to join our full-service PR and communications agency in Bristol.

About the job:

Reporting into one of our Associate Directors, you’ll be a leading member of an account team, with hands-on responsibility for projects, campaigns and client relations.

This might entail a whole list of day-to-day challenges and activities where you’ll play an active role in ensuring campaigns are delivered against plans, budgets and KPIs.

About you:

You’ll be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of PR campaign delivery, either as an AM or a Senior AE who’s ready for the next step.

You are an excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills and impeccable writing ability. You’ll need strong commercial nous, an eye for a story, and a hunger to progress and improve.

You’ll have a good understanding of digital and traditional comms channels, and the ability to plan and report on campaigns that leverage the benefits of each, while thinking creatively about how to use different types of content to deliver against your clients’ objectives.

About us:

We’re a diverse team of award-winning creative, energetic and curious communications professionals, comprising the largest PR agency in the South West.

Alongside traditional PR, our offer also includes multimedia, digital and social media, experiential, design, creative strategy, content marketing…. and loads more.

We’ve created a brilliant team and a fun, supportive culture. The average length of time people stay with us is six years.

What you’ll get:

  • A competitive salary
  • Flexible working options
  • 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 29 after 2 years’ service (not including Bank holidays)
  • Additional holiday purchase scheme of up to 5 days per year
  • Additional 5 days’ holiday on your 5th anniversary year
  • Company pension scheme
  • Outstanding training and development programme
  • Well-being programme inc. weekly fruit delivery, eye-care vouchers
