We’re looking for a digital strategist with extensive agency experience to provide maternity cover for 12 months. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and growing digital remit, and team to match, within a brilliant comms agency. You’ll provide digital consultancy for a wide range of clients across the consumer, corporate and foodservice sectors. You’ll work across a mixture of retained clients and new business, while managing the team and growing digital understanding across the agency.

You’ll have demonstrable experience with social media, PPC, SEO, email marketing, influencer engagement, analytics and an understanding of the wider digital landscape, and what it can deliver for clients. You’ll also have creative flair, often working closely with the PR teams to create exciting proposals to capture the imagination of clients.

Our digital team is closely aligned with our newly established Studio team, producing fantastic video, podcasts, design and copy. Ideally you will also have a background in developing great content, across multiple platforms, with a clear understanding of the core principles of content strategy

  • You’re passionate, – especially about digital – creative and driven
  • You’re strategic and love asking ‘why?’ rather than just ‘how?’ of clients
  • You have experience managing a digital team within an agency
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and mentoring others
  • You’re constantly looking to improve your understanding of different digital disciplines
  • You’re very comfortable with analytics and are results focused (like our clients)
  • You’re used to working in a fast-paced environment, across many different clients, all with very different needs
  • You’re commercially savvy
  • You’re not precious – we work as a team and everyone gets involved when something needs doing
