We’ve got a great opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and brilliant Account Manager to join our full-service PR and communications agency in Bristol.

About the job:

Reporting into one of our Associate Directors, you’ll be a leading member of an account team, with hands-on responsibility for projects, campaigns and client relations.

This might entail a whole list of day-to-day challenges and activities where you’ll play an active role in ensuring campaigns are delivered against plans, budgets and KPIs.

Supported by an experienced creative and strategic senior team, on any day you might be coming up with creative story angles, schmoozing the press, delivering experiential or digital campaigns and working on new business proposals, all while ensuring your team stays inspired and motivated.

About you:

You’ll be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of PR campaign delivery, either as an AM or a Senior AE who’s ready for the next step.

You are an excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills and impeccable writing ability. You’ll need strong commercial nous, an eye for a story, and a hunger to progress and improve.

You’ll have a good understanding of digital and traditional comms channels, and the ability to plan and report on campaigns that leverage the benefits of each, while thinking creatively about how to use different types of content to deliver against your clients’ objectives.

This job share position is 3 days a week (22.5 hours), Wednesday – Friday.  The role involves a mix of PA support to our MD and senior team, HR support, general office management, coordinating the social committee, financial support and assisting with the smooth running of meetings and events. The role will involve being privy to sensitive information so commitment to confidentially will be required at all times.
