Ember Inns came to us looking for a step change in their digital marketing. They wanted to move beyond offer led content to truly consumer facing, brand led content. We repositioned their social media, eCRM, and website communications, and helped launch their app. We also launched the first ever Mitchells & Butlers brand Facebook Email Retargeting Campaign.
Additionally, we identified a content gap – we only had access to glossy menu photography, but no video. As a proof of concept Studio Speed carried out a one-off filming day in pub with the chefs and team. We now create quarterly packages of interactive content, used across all channels and re-purposed throughout the business.
