Speed is looking for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious AM (or rising SAM) to join our team of communications specialists in Bristol on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the job:

Reporting into one of our Associate Directors, you’ll be a leading member of an account team, with hands-on responsibility for projects, campaigns and client relations.

This might entail a whole list of day-to-day challenges and activities where you’ll play an active role in ensuring campaigns are delivered against plans, budgets and KPIs.

Your portfolio of clients in the Business & Corporate team will operate in the following sectors: energy, tech, legal and property.

Supported by an experienced creative and strategic senior team, on any day you might be coming up with creative story angles, shmoozing the press, delivering experiential or digital campaigns and working on new business proposals, while ensuring your team is inspired and motivated.

About you:

You’ll be able to demonstrate an impressive track record of PR campaign delivery, either as an AM or a SAM.

You are an excellent communicator, with strong presentation skills and impeccable writing ability. You’ll need strong commercial nous, an eye for a story, and a hunger to progress and improve.

You’ll have a good understanding of digital and traditional comms channels, and the ability to plan and report on campaigns that leverage the benefits of each, while thinking creatively about how to use different types of content to deliver against your clients’ objectives.
