Senior Social Media Manager (12 Month Mat Cover)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to work in a part-time capacity (three days per week) on a 12-month contract, covering maternity leave.

The successful candidate would work within the digital team, across a portfolio of health, beauty and consumer clients.

About the job:

You’ll be working across a portfolio of Speed’s Consumer & Hospitality accounts reporting directly to the Head of Digital, with hands-on responsibility for projects, campaigns and client relations.

This might entail a whole list of day-to-day opportunities and activities where you’ll play an active role in ensuring campaigns are delivered against plans, budgets and KPIs.

About you:

You are experienced in social media content creation, management and influencer campaigns, with an eye for detail and great organizational skills. You will have an understanding of the social advertising landscape, supported by paid experts within the team.

You are an excellent communicator, self-motivated and able to quickly build strong client relationships and demonstrate effective consultancy.

You will have experience managing junior team members, briefing in work and ensuring quality control before sharing with the client.

You’ll be able to think creatively and deliver against your clients’ objectives, demonstrating effective planning and reporting ability.

You will also have basic Photoshop skills, though most design work will be briefed into a design team.
