Ember Inns was looking for a step-change in its digital marketing, to move beyond offers to brand-led content.
Using a campaign story-telling approach, we repositioned the brands’ social media, eCRM, and website communications, and helped launch its first ever app. We also created a suite of dynamic social assets to humanise and modernise the pub chain, appealing to a new audience.
The assets were used not only on the brand platforms, but also on 100s of local pub pages and across other brands in the Mitchells & Butlers portfolio. The result was an increase in digital results across the board, including a rise in social engagement rate from 2.5% to 5.6%, and 55,000+ app downloads within the first 3 months.
