Launching the UK’s first virtual psychology clinic required key campaign elements; education, trust and a complete change in human behaviour, as there was still some stigma around therapy. Our strategic approach had to break down barriers to get people talking and searching for ‘My Online Therapy.’

Using Google trends analysis to identify the parts of life that were causing stress and anxiety, we devised a responsive content strategy for media, all rooted in bolstering SEO.

To further break down stigmas and boost awareness of My Online Therapy as a modern platform for modern lives, we created the ‘Matters of the Mind’ podcast series hosted by mental health advocate Pro Green, delving into what therapy is really like.

Results: Our digital PR approach boosted organic results with a + 114.8% uplift in web traffic, 30% increase time on website and My Online Therapy was noted in the top 100 start-ups as the fastest growing online therapy platform.
